1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and 6666x ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website, mobile experience, and all associated services provided under the 6666x brand.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or accessing any game or content on the 6666x platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, or features made available on 6666x.

We reserve the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of 6666x following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

1. You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to register an account or use any real-money features on 6666x. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
2. By registering, you confirm that you are not excluded from gambling either voluntarily through any self-exclusion programme or by applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
3. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 6666x complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including those of Pakistan. 6666x makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction.
4. 6666x reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or restrict access to any individual without providing a reason, including in jurisdictions where the operation of the platform may be restricted.

3. Account Registration & Security

1. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 6666x. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, payment method, or device used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false identity information, including a false date of birth, is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6666x login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
4. 6666x may at any time require identity verification (KYC). Accepted documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to comply with a KYC request within 30 days may result in account restriction.
5. You must notify 6666x support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

1. 6666x accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and other approved payment methods as listed in the platform's cashier section at the time of deposit.
2. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., funds transferred from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension pending investigation.
3. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier at time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by 6666x at its discretion without prior notice.
4. 6666x is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or telecommunications infrastructure.
5. All deposits are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or the account currency as displayed. Currency conversion, where applicable, is carried out at rates determined by 6666x.

5. Withdrawals

1. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. 6666x reserves the right to select the withdrawal method at its discretion.
2. 6666x may require full KYC verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-money laundering and player protection measure.
3. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed in the cashier section. Standard processing time is 1–5 business days following verification.
4. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, unresolved disputes, or outstanding bonus wagering requirements.
5. 6666x reserves the right to offset any outstanding balance owed by the user against any withdrawal amount.

6. Betting Rules

1. All bets placed on 6666x are subject to the specific sporting and market rules published within the sportsbook at the time the bet is placed.
2. 6666x reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there has been a clear error in the odds (palpable error), where the event has been declared void, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
3. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice, particularly where 6666x cannot verify the current state of play.
4. Maximum winnings per event and per day may be limited as specified in the relevant sport rules. These limits apply to cricket matches (including PSL, Test matches, T20I), UFC events, and all other sports markets on 6666x.
5. 6666x accepts no liability for technical failures that prevent a bet from being registered. A bet is only valid once it has received a confirmed bet receipt from the platform.

7. Casino & Slots

1. All casino games on 6666x — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and game shows — are provided by licensed third-party software providers. Each game is governed by its own return-to-player (RTP) percentage, which is independently audited and available for review.
2. Technical malfunctions void all casino game pays and plays. In the event of a game server disconnection, 6666x will endeavour to restore the session to its last verified state. Where this is not possible, the stake will be refunded.
3. 6666x reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from its casino lobby without prior notice.
4. Casino games are for entertainment purposes. The house edge ensures the platform's long-term profitability. There is no strategy, system, or pattern that can guarantee a winning outcome at any 6666x casino game.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

1. All bonuses and promotional offers on 6666x are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, published alongside the relevant promotion at the time of offer.
2. General wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds unless otherwise stated. Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
3. 6666x reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel promotional campaigns at any time without prior notice.
4. Abuse of bonus promotions — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.
5. Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or shared.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6666x platform:

• Using automated software, bots, AI tools, or scripts to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players at live poker or multi-player game tables.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC processes.
• Any conduct that 6666x reasonably believes constitutes fraud, deception, or abuse of the platform.

6666x reserves the right to immediately close accounts, withhold funds pending investigation, and report suspicious activity to relevant financial and regulatory authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 6666x platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and the 6666x brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of 6666x or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of 6666x content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

6666x collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using 6666x, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6666x implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect personal and financial data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security and 6666x accepts no liability for data breaches caused by third-party attacks beyond its reasonable control.

12. Responsible Gaming

6666x is committed to responsible gaming practices. The following tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders and maximum session durations to help manage play time.

2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6666x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
3. 6666x's total liability to any user for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
4. 6666x is not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of any third-party game providers, payment processors, or external services linked from the platform.

14. Amendments to These Terms

6666x reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, registered users may be notified via email or platform notification.

Your continued use of the 6666x platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 6666x is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to the 6666x customer support team for attempted resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism. Users retain any statutory rights they may have under applicable law in Pakistan.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 6666x in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
